Somersham Youth Club new logo October 2024“BE KIND TO ALL KIND” is the motto of our vibrant club, much-loved by village & local school-aged children: 5-16 year-olds. We meet at the Community Pavilion on the Playing Field every Thursday throughout spring, summer and autumn, 6-8pm.
Are you new to the area? Please contact Sarah to find out more or pop along on a Thursday evening - new Youth Clubbers are very welcome!!!

Show & Tell - do you have a talent, skill, business or trade that you'd like to show the kids or to get the kids to interact with?? This would be amazing!!

Are you someone who could give up an hour to show the kids some techniques e.g. football, tennis, dance, yoga or acting?
Do you have bicycle maintenance knowledge, or even Cycle Speedway skills?
Or are you keen to tell them about gardening, chess, knitting, fishing?
Perhaps you're an architect, artist, author, birdwatcher, builder, cartoonist, composer, dancer, designer, emergency-worker, engineer, farmer, florist, gardener, gymnast, health-worker, illustrator, journalist, mechanic, mountaineer, musician, photographer, runner, scientist, swimmer, tailor……with talent to share; we have easels and tables for the kids to use.

Volunteers - would you like to become a helper by being a Youth Club volunteer? Teenagers older than 16: we welcome your help with the running of the sweet shop and activities. To find out about the procedures for becoming a volunteer please contact Sarah.

Fundraising - help towards fundraising is always very welcome. Please contact Sarah!

Donations in Kind - always gratefully received : footballs, basketballs, tennis rackets, board games, colouring books, paper and pens, craft materials etc.
